publication includes articles on the theory,
principles and practice of the art of title
re-establishment in Victoria, and was
produced by the Vicotira Division in May
2000.It is intended for all those interested
in title re-establishment, from students to
experienced practioners.
Section
1 contains articles which have been
previously published on the topic of
re-establishment, and Section 2 contains
articles which provide guidelines for
specific aspects of re-establishment of
title.
Edition
1 is available on CD for $10-00 (plus
postage and handling) from the Office of the
Victorian
Division of the Institution. There
